This skill uses extension of python framework flask called flask ask. I have used ngrok https for port forwarding. Skill invokes when user say alexa start books for new year. Then alexa ask user if he wants to know about books based around new year. If user is affirmative then alexa tells about 4 books that are hardcoded, if user says no then skil close the conversation advicing user to develop reading habits
