HOW TO MAKE A CASH DONATION:
Just tell Alexa how much you want to donate - anything from £1 - £250. Payment is processed using your Amazon Pay account.

HOW TO ARRANGE A FREE FURNITURE COLLECTION:
We collect all sorts of items like sofas, tables, beds, TVs and more.

You can ask Alexa to arrange a collection by email or phone. We’ll get back to you within 72 hours to finalise the details and collect from your home at a time that suits you.

To organise a collection via email please give permission by enabling Amazon Pay Permissions when you enable the skill.

So only authorised people can make a donation you can enable a four-digit spoken PIN known as Alexa Voice Code. To setup your Alexa Voice Code, please go to the companion app under Settings. Under ‘Alexa Account’ select ‘Voice Purchasing’. Here you can setup your Alexa Voice Code which will be required when making a donation.
