I wish there was an easier way to print...
I know the printer needs more ink, but which color was it...?
All you have to do is ask Alexa! It's as simple as that.

Talk to Alexa and print out various content or ask Alexa to perform maintenance on your Canon Inkjet printer (*1).

Printable contents:
- Coloring pages
- Number place puzzles
- Alexa shopping lists / Alexa to-do lists
... and many more!

Printer status: (Note: Your printer's Auto Power On function must be enabled)
- Check for printer errors, low ink levels, and check the general status of your printer
- Turn your printer's power on/off (*1)

Printer maintenance: (*1)
- Perform Print Head Cleaning
- Print a nozzle check pattern to check for clogged nozzles

After linking your account, ask Alexa to print the quick reference guide introducing all the exciting things you can do with the Canon Inkjet Printer skill. Just say "Alexa, start Canon printer and print out the quick reference guide."

Also, you can choose to receive a notification or order new ink automatically when your ink runs out. (*2)(*3)
To use this function, you must add your printer in the Alexa app after linking your account.

Linking your account:
Search for the "Canon Inkjet Printer" skill on the Alexa app and tap [Enable].
Sign in to the Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center and tap [Allow].
Note: A Canon Inkjet Cloud Printing Center account (Canon ID) is required to use this skill.

Important:
When the Canon Inkjet Printer skill is enabled, the printer's Auto Power On function will automatically be enabled to allow you to turn on/off your printer via verbal commands (*1). The Auto Power On function can be disabled at anytime. For more details, please refer to the online manual.
