Chronos Time is a hexadecimal time system. It splits the day into 16 * 16 * 16 * 16 parts, rather than the usual 24 * 60 * 60. There are also no timezones in the chronos time system. Everything is based off of UTC midnight.
This skill can fetch the current chronos time and can convert civil time (UTC) to chronos time.
When you ask for the time, it will responds with four hexadecimal characters from 1 to F. The first digit represents one sixteenth of the day, the second digit represents a sixteenth of that digit and so on. For example, if the time is "DAB5", that means we are thirteen sixteenths through the day and ten sixteenths through that sixteenth. This even distribution makes chronos time more convenient than conventional civil time.
