The CollectPlus skill for Alexa allows you to return a parcel to a participating retailer or track a parcel taken to a CollectPlus point served by Yodel.
Return your online purchases using the CollectPlus Alexa skill. Simply say the participating retailer you would like to return to and a code will be sent to your email address. Show it in any of thousands of CollectPlus parcel points served by Yodel in the UK and they will print a returns label for you then process your parcel. With new retailers being added all the time it’s never been simpler to return an order.
Track any parcel taken to a CollectPlus point. Once you have taken your parcel to your chosen CollectPlus point, you will be able to use the 7-character tracking code, found at the bottom of the receipt to track your parcel using your Amazon device. Alexa will provide the latest tracking information and a tracking link will be sent to your email address, so that you can check the tracking again if required, at your leisure.
Once the CollectPlus skill is enabled, simply say ‘Alexa, Open CollectPlus’ to begin.
