Have your Echo in your kitchen? Need to look up information on the fly? This is a small skill for quick reference to the safe cooking temperatures for various meats. Includes pork, beef, chicken, lamb and turkey. I made it out of my own need for this information.
UPDATE: Version 1.1 now includes salmon, tuna, cod and tilapia.
Pork, beef and lamb all include information on various temperatures for rare, medium-rare etc.
