Dispatcher puts you in the shoes of an EMD, as you take calls, triage patients and have to make the hard call as to who actually needs an ambulance.

After playing Dispatcher, you will appreciate what calls an EMD will take in just one shift, as well as understanding why the NHS and ambulance services are under constant strain. The first call available will take you through the ups and downs of delivering a baby over the phone, where speed and accuracy are of the essence.

Just say 'Launch Dispatcher' to get things going, but don't worry - your mentor will be helping you the whole time!

No prerequisites, accounts or additional hardware is required to play this game and you will be instructed and prompted in what to say throughout. Additional commands that might be useful when playing Dispatcher:

- 'Help': Your mentor will take over and either prompt you or progress the story if you are stuck.
- 'Stop': The game will stop.
- 'Restart the Game': Allows you to begin the game again from the beginning.
