With Family Scrum, you can create and assign some simple fun tasks, to your family members, and track their progress. This will enable you to spend some quality fun time together, as a family every day. Members can be added with any avataar name like Daddy Pig, Mommy Pig, Peppa and George or any super hero characters as per your wish. Task status can be updated as open, in-progress or completed. You can run this scrum weekly, in a simple and fun filled agile way, and celebrate your achievements at the end of the week. you can ask for 'help' at any time for assistance.
