The Food Box skill is designed to help you quickly check the important facts about food, such as its macro ratios, health benefits and its potential side effects (cited from books, research paper, or other academic sources).
Simply ask: "Tell me about ...", such as "Tell me about apple", the skill will respond with: "One average-sized Apple, roughly 182g, contains around 95 calories, 0.5g of protein, 0.3g of fat, and 25g of carbohydrates. one average-sized Apple contains about 19g of sugar, in other words, around 10 percent of every apple is made up of sugar. apple is medium in sugar compared to other fruits."
Studies have shown that many of health issues are the results of personal imbalances. Each food has its unique nutritional ratios, some contain more sugar, some contain less calories, some contain more starchy carbohydrates, etc. Research has shown marked improvements (in weight loss, energy increase, building muscle, joints pain elimination, etc) when individuals make appropriate dietary changes.
