This skill uses USCIS case status website to get the results ( https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do ), accuracy of the skill depends on this website which can be accessed freely by public.
When you say the petition number, please make sure you don't say hyphens or blank space or pause in-between. Example : SRC-13-904-19831, should be said as SRC1390419831, you can also use NATO words such as Sierra Romeo Charlie for first 3 alphabets.
