Healthy Sleep is designed to help you relax and sleep by drowning out background noise or providing ambience at night. Our library of natural sounds - such as thunder storms, rain, city and campfire - help by providing comforting, familiar sounds to relax the mind.
HOW TO USE: It's as easy as saying "Alexa, open healthy sleep"
You will then be asked to request a specific sound, ask for something random or if you aren't sure you can ask Alexa to give you a list to choose from.
HOW DO I SET A SLEEP TIMER? Once your chosen sound is playing simply say, "Alexa, stop after 45 mins" or whatever your chosen time is and the skill will stop after that time.
HOW DO I MAKE THE SOUNDS LAST ALL NIGHT? It's easy, when the sound is playing just say "Alexa, loop on" and the sounds will play until you ask Alexa to stop or set a stop timer.
