This Alexa Skill aims to do just that by tracking your daily health and wellness data like your water intake, your total hours of sleep, your height and weight and giving a daily health summary with a rating. It even presents you with a Body Mass Index rating (BMI) based on your height and weight data. You can update your health data anytime and the same will be saved in the database. In case your rating isn't up to mark in certain areas, you'll be motivated to get in shape and better your health.
Features-
1. Sleep tracking with a rating out of 10 calculated by taking into account the recommended sleep requirement. 2. Total water intake tracking with a rating out of 10 calculated by taking into account the recommended water intake requirement. 3. Height and weight tracking. 4. Body Mass Index calculation by taking into account your height and weight. It then classifies you into 4 stages of obesity. 5. Daily summary consisting of an overview of all the above data with an overall score out of 10 and motivation to improve the score.
