High Low is a simple but entertaining game that you can play with Alexa!
The game is played using a standard deck of 52 cards. The aces have a value of one. The number cards carry their respective values. The Jack is valued at 11, the queen at 12, and the king is the highest at 13.
The game begins with Alexa revealing one card from the deck. You have to guess whether the next card carries a higher or lower value. If you guess correctly, you win. If you guess incorrectly, you lose. If the next card carries the same value, additional cards are revealed until you win or lose the turn.
To make the game more interesting, you will have 100 coins and can wager on each turn. If you win a turn, you can wager double or nothing on the next card. This means that you can wager both your original wager plus your winnings on the next card. Try to win as many coins as you can to make it to the high scores list!
Of course, this game is purely for fun and the coins carry no actual value.
At any time, you can say "High Scores" to hear the high scores list, or "Help" to hear the instructions.
