Roomba® and Braava jet® robots with Smart Mapping technology* allow you to clean specific places in your home with your voice — making it easier than ever to clean an unexpected mess. Imprint® Link technology* lets you add a mop to your vacuum's cleaning job — first Roomba® vacuums, then Braava jet® m6 automatically mops!
To get started, enable the iRobot Alexa skill and sign in with your iRobot® account to link your robot with Alexa. You must first create an iRobot® account and register your robot in the iRobot Home App.
Find sample commands below you can use to control your Roomba® and Braava jet® robots in your home. Use these to start, stop, pause, locate, or send your robot back to its charging station — and schedule an upcoming cleaning job with Alexa. Clean messes as they happen with our Smart Mapping robots* by using your voice to clean a specific room or send your robot straight to the mess under the kitchen table by saying, "Alexa, tell Roomba to vacuum under the kitchen table”. Prior set-up required in the iRobot Home App.

*Rosie and Bob are example robot names. After naming your Roomba® or Braava jet® in the iRobot HOME app, you can use its name to control it with Alexa. Just remember to say “Roomba", "Braava", or “iRobot” to invoke the skill.
