You can use this audio on your echo device by playing it near an open window near the garden you want cats to stay out of and avoid, but the best way to use it you should have a garden bluetooth speaker linked to your echo device.
The bluetooth enabled garden speaker linked to your echo device allows you to send the high pitch audio sound into the garden where cats will hear it and be deterred from your garden.
So when you see a cat in your garden you can just say Alexa, play cat scare audio or Alexa, open cat scare audio and the sound will be played to frighten off cats from your garden.
You could even play the audio all the time to annoy cats to the point of not returning but be warned unless you keep it low enough to only be heard by cats and dogs, you may annoy neighbours if they live close or have open windows.
Eventually cats will associate your garden with the high pitch audio sound and want to avoid it.
WARNING ABOUT HIGH PITCH SOUNDS
High pitch sounds like all sounds can be harmful to your hearing so only use this audio on low volume if you are in the same room or environment of the playing device, cats hearing is a lot more sensitive than human hearing and they will hear it even on low volume.
