Although it is best experienced in groups.
Make it a daily practice. Do it as many times as you can, and see how your life will change. It will be a very noticeable change too.
It will boost your mood and relieve you from stress, you will start laughing more frequently and more easily, basically you will become a much happier person. Which will have a positive impact on your relationship and interactions with family, friends, colleagues and anyone who comes into contact with you.
