Important information regarding Refunds and Exchanges:

Regrettably, once confirmed, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded after purchase. The only exception to this rule is if the event is cancelled. This policy is standard across the ticketing industry and forms part of the contract we have with each London theatre.
