Welcome to the LV= Skill for Alexa – the convenient way to get information about your insurance. At the moment, the LV= Skill will answer questions about your LV= car and home insurance policies and breakdown cover, and we’re working on adding more products soon. Just chat to your smart speaker to get information, without having to root around for your documents.

What type of questions can I ask?
You can ask any questions that relate to your LV= car or home insurance or breakdown cover. For example:
- Am I covered in Europe?
- How long does my cover last?
- My car's broken down, what do I do?
What can't it do?
Right now, the Skill can’t give you a quote for a new insurance policy or change or cancel your current policy, make payments or get information about your renewal dates. But watch this space; we’re working on introducing lots more features soon.
Can I ask questions about other LV= products?
Right now, you can only ask questions about your LV= car and home insurance and breakdown cover. Other products are coming soon.
