After placing an order on our website, you will see a link or button to start tracking your order using our Alexa skill. Click this link and follow the short and easy on-screen instructions to allow the skill to notify you when we dispatch the order. You will have to agree to the notification permissions to receive those notifications. Once done, you will be notified about order status changes and receive a notification on your Alexa devices. Notifications are indicated with a sound and a pulsing yellow ring. On Echo devices with a screen you will see the notification as well. Please ask Alexa to “Read my notifications” to get the full order updates.
