With Mercedes me skill, you can access your Mercedes-Benz from the comfort of your couch. In order to effectively use the Mercedes me skill, you will need an active Mercedes me connect account or Mbrace account*.

The Mercedes me skill allows you to:

Remotely lock the doors*
Remotely start your car engine*
Remotely start climate control
Remotely stop climate control
Access vehicle status
Find your car location
Access your odometer reading
Access your fuel level
Access your remaining range
Access your battery charging status
Access your maintenance schedules
Send a point of interest to your in-vehicle navigation*
Send an address*
Send an in car reminder
Manage multiple vehicles*

To start Mercedes me skill just say "Alexa, Open Mercedes" or directly initiate a command by saying “Alexa, tell Mercedes to <command>”.

After linking your Mercedes me account to the Mercedes me skill, you can ask questions or give commands, such as:

“Alexa, tell Mercedes to lock my car”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes is my car locked?”
“Alexa, tell Mercedes to start my car”
“Alexa, tell Mercedes to turn on the climate control”
“Alexa, tell Mercedes to turn off the climate control”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes about my car status”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes where is my car?”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes what is my car fuel level?”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes what is my car range?”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes when is my car service due?”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes what is my odometer reading?”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes is my car charging?”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes to send an address”
“Alexa, ask Mercedes to send what three words”

Please note:

• The Mercedes me skill will send remote service commands to your vehicle, but will not currently confirm the completion of those commands

• You can manage multiple cars within Mercedes me skill. However, you can only operate one car at a time i.e. the primary car that you set via the Mercedes me skill. In order to change/update your primary car, simply say “Alexa, ask Mercedes to update my primary car"

• In order to reset your Mercedes me skill, just say “Alexa, ask Mercedes to reset my account” and follow the directions from Mercedes me skill.

*Mbrace connected cars support limited features via Alexa skill i.e. Remote Lock, Remote Engine Start, Send Address and Send a point of interest
