Want to keep an eye on how much you’re drinking each week? My Alcohol Tracker from Cancer Research UK is a skill designed to help you track your alcohol consumption and get information on the health benefits of cutting down.
Using this skill you can:
• Add a drink to your tracker • Set yourself a personal goal • Hear a summary of your progress throughout the week (in units and calories) • Get hints and tips on ways to cut down
The more you cut down on alcohol, the more you could cut your cancer risk. Drinking less could also help you avoid hangovers, save money, sleep better, and cut out some ‘empty calories'. So it’s always worth reducing the amount you drink.
And even if this week doesn’t go so well, My Alcohol Tracker refreshes every Monday, so you can have another go at cutting down.
We’d love to hear from you. If you have any questions, comments, or feedback, please email us at digitalinnovation@cancer.org.uk.
