Notification Maker is a development tool that allows developers to create notifications in real-time, and trigger the sending of SetIndicator directives to all Alexa-enabled devices connected to the associated Amazon account. When you ask Notification Maker to create a notification, a randomly selected notification type is added to your notifications queue, and results in your device receiving a directive with instructions to persistently inform the user that a notification is available to be retrieved.
To get started, simply say: "Alexa, open Notification Maker." "Alexa, ask Notification Maker to send a weather notification." Or very short: "Alexa, ask Notification Maker media."
