With Agile Octopus, you get access to half-hourly energy prices, tied to wholesale prices and updated daily. So when wholesale prices drop, so do your bills – and if you can shift your daily electricity use outside of peak times, you can save even more. With this skill you can ask things like: “Alexa, ask Octopus how much I’m paying for electricity” and you’ll hear the price per kWh in the current half-hour and the next half-hour. “Alexa, ask Octopus when is electricity cheapest today” and you’ll be told the cheapest half-hour and price. “Alexa, ask Octopus when is electricity the most expensive today” and you’ll get to hear the most expensive half hour. "Alexa, ask Octopus what's the price of electricity at 2.30pm". “Alexa, ask Octopus how much electricity I consumed yesterday” and you’ll get yesterday’s kWh consumption “Alexa, ask Octopus how much electricity I consumed this week” “Alexa, ask Octopus how much electricity I consumed this month" This skill is mainly for Octopus customers on the Agile tariff although any Octopus customer can enable and link it.
