This is the Pembrokeshire County Council skill for Amazon Alexa, to be activated via the term "Pembrokeshire Council". This is the first incarnation of the skill for live release, if users have any problems please feel free to email at iot@pembrokeshire.gov.uk. We'll be happy to figure out and help with any issues that arise. There are multiple functions to this Skill, and can be used with a wide range of features. New features are something that we're always looking to implement as well. This skill can be used to do the following:
- Find out when your next waste collection is
- Find out what items are applicable for your next waste collection
- Determine the current status of the Cleddau bridge
- Determine if there are any school closures (or if a specific school is currently closed)
- Find out information on your local county councillor or MP
- Display the current COVID-19 numbers for Pembrokeshire (and the numbers since March 2021)
- Provides information on the primary school menu (Including specific days and options, e.g. vegetarian)
- Provides information on your local council-ran amenities, such as WRC's, Libraries, and Leisure Centres There are also additional helper features that are currently in development, these will redirect you to sources with additional information:

- How to report a missed collection
- How to report fly tipping/potholes/broken street lighting
- How to speak to any of our operatives at the contact centre
