This action is designed to return the air quality to users in a touch-forward map-based experience. It has two possible invocation paths: First is implicit; the Action is registered to the Air Quality Built-in intent and will be presented as an option when a user asks Assistant: 'Okay Google, what is the air quality in '. If selected the action will return a map showing the air quality index zoomed to the specific named in the invocation query. Second is explicit, when the user invokes the action by name with 'Okay Google, talk to purple air,’ the action opens and shows a map zoomed to user location. Once inside the action, user can pinch/zoom/drag using standard touch-based map controls.
