Challenge Guide: - Level 1: 15 seconds of pushups - Level 2: 30 seconds of pushups - Level 3: 1 minute of pushups - Each level after Level 3 adds an extra set of 1-minute pushups followed by 30 seconds of rest. Example Level 5 gives you 3 sets of 1-minute pushups, with each set followed by 30 seconds of rest.
Pushup challenge will also prompt you to increase your goal as you grow stronger.
