With Alexa and the realKNX skill you can interact with your KNX devices.
This skill requires additional hardware, realKNX (v2.2+) and proServ with accompanying pre-installed software. Link to shop: https://proknx.com/realknx Additionally remoteConnect must be enabled and configured, see realKNX menu.
To get started, select the "Enable Skill" button in the Alexa App to link your realKNX remoteConnect account. After a successful login say, "Alexa, discover devices”.
realKNX supports two types of Scenes: the built-in KNX scenes defined in proServ and Alexa Smart Home Scenes. The Alexa Smart Home Scenes are generated by the realKNX skill during device discovery. All lights in a room are grouped into a scene. The scene will have the name of the room. For instance, the "Kitchen Ceiling" and "Kitchen Cabinet" can be turned on with “Alexa, turn on Kitchen”.
Additionally the super-scene "Home" can be used for turning off all lights in all rooms ("Alexa, turn off the Home").

Troubleshooting tips: Problem: devices are marked offline or response is slow. Solution: Run a Device Discovery.
Problem: the device is not responding ("Sorry, the device is not responding.") Solution: Disable and Enable the skill. Run Device Discovery.
Problem: Discovery doesn't find any devices. Solution: Check your remote connection by logging in (http://<your-RCID>.proknx.xyz). Disable and Enable the skill.
