Once you’ve enabled Recipedia you can get to know your new kitchen friend by saying ‘Alexa, open Recipedia’. Then explore the 3 key features:
1. Find Your Recipe:
Recipedia listens to your specific needs across 10 categories, searches its collection of hundreds of recipes and provides tailored suggestions. The categories, which can be combined, include ingredients, dish, dietary, time, difficulty, nutrition, cuisine and calories.
Try saying ‘Alexa , open Recipedia.’
Then…
‘A vegan brownie recipe’ ‘A high-protein recipe’ ‘A quick lunch recipe’ ‘A recipe for left-over potatoes’ ‘A recipe for cupcakes’ ‘A gluten-free risotto recipe’ ‘An easy pasta recipe that takes half an hour’ ‘A low calorie dinner recipe’ ‘A Thai recipe’
2. Step-By-Step Hands-Free Cooking:
If you’re ready to cook, Recipedia will guide you through the recipe step by step, giving you time to complete each one. You can pause & resume: Recipedia will remember where you were. You can always go back to searching for a new recipe at any time by saying ‘Alexa, begin a new search.’
3. Save Your Recipe For Later:
If you’ve found a recipe you love but want to cook later, no problem! Recipedia will email the recipe to your inbox and send it to your Alexa App for safekeeping.
If you’d prefer to not receive emails, you can change the settings by asking Alexa to turn emails off. Just ask her to turn them back on if you change your mind.
