Sleep Recommender will ask you for a wake time which it'll use to calculate optimum sleep times. Each REM stage can last up to an hour with an average adult undergoing five to six cycles nightly. Therefore, your wake time is the starting point where we subtract 90 min to enter initial REM stage as well as 15 min to fall asleep. 90 min is then subtracted repeatedly to account for multiple REM cycles. The skill will output four recommended sleep times as well as an Alexa card as a reminder.
