The SmartFriends skill gives users the ability to conveniently transfer commands to the SmartHome system using human voice.
Devices and scenarios can be switched that have been specifically activated by the user for use via voice command. The used commands used come very close to the normal language usage so that the instructions are easy to internalize and become intuitive over time.
Alexa - the brain behind Amazon Echo - is automatically updated through the cloud, constantly learning and gaining new features and skills. The more often you use Alexa, the sooner she learns your language habits, vocabulary and personal preferences.
Here are some examples of voice control:

The skill offers a code-based secure login, the certainty that the authentication runs over a German authentication server and the security that devices / scenarios must first be activated for use by the user.
