Bin day used to be easy. One day a week, put all your bins out; done!
Not any more! Now that different bins have to go out on different weeks it can be pain to remember what to put out each week - that’s where Alexa and this skill can help the residents of South Gloucestershire.
Alexa can tell you: Which bins to put out this week. When your next collection of a particular bin type will be. Whether you have a garden waste subscription. Which types of refuse can go in each bin container. Which container to use for a given refuse type. How to dispose of an exceptional item.
The skill takes data direct from the South Gloucestershire Council website, so will remain current with all schedule changes published by the council.
