SwiftConnect from SwiftSense will enable our gateway devices to be voice powered through Alexa. Our gateway devices allow connectivity with various connected control systems and are called Digital Integration and Extension Engines (DIXEs)
NOTE: The following details explain why we do not need account linking per request from the certification team - We use a generic user to configure our Echo devices - Our skill runs in our private application cloud - Once Alexa sends the Intent request to our skill, we extract the Echo device Id from the request context - This device id is mapped to our physical gateway ids and we then send appropriate commands to the selected gateway - This approach is secure but the result is that we do not have any need for account linking
