There are no prerequisites for this skill. Simply tell Alexa to open united states skill and the skill will open. There is no Flash Briefing skill requirements as well. The way the skill works is that you simply ask the skill about a certain state, and then Alexa will prompt you as to certain trivia about the state such as its capital. It will record all of the correct answers that you build over time and at the end, it will tell you how many you got right out of how many you got asked. You can proceed to try again or try another state then.
