Here is how to set up your own Virtual Concierge at your property:
1. Enable this skill by clicking on the Enable Skill button on this page. A window will come up for you to sign in. Sign in with the account that you use with Alexa at your vacation rental. We recommend a separate account for your vacation rental. Be sure to enable notification permissions as well.
2. Go to the Management Portal at: portal.virtualconciergeservice.com. Sign up, and then click Add Property. From there, login with the Amazon account you created for your property. Then select the new property tile and follow the instructions to build a tailored voice experience for your guests.
