VSmart TV Skill allows you to control your “Alexa Built-in” / “Works with Alexa” TV by voice. Just use your microphone box compatible with your TV or use an Alexa device.

Please ensure you have below conditions to be able to configure and use this skill;
- Network Connection on your TV
- “Alexa Built-in” or “Works with Alexa” option on your TV
- Microphone box or Alexa device connected to your TV

To enable and use this skill complete the following steps:

ENABLE ON FIRST TIME INSTALLATION
(Enabling Alexa TV Skill during first time installation of your TV)

1. Finish TV installation by following instructions
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to link the TV to your Amazon Account (If you have Alexa device select the “Learn more” option in Amazon Setup screens of your TV)
3. Give a friendly name to your TV to complete setup


ENABLE AFTER CONFIGURATION
(Enabling Alexa TV Skill on an already installed TV)

1. Press “Menu/ Home” button of your TV remote control.

On the TV menu;
2. Select “Settings” > “System”.
3. If you have Alexa enabled speaker or any Echo device select “Works with Alexa” option.
4. If you have microphone box compatible with your TV select “Alexa Built-in” option.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to link the TV to your Amazon Account.
6. Give a friendly name to your TV to complete setup.

*** You can disable this skill from your Amazon Account. If you want to enable again, you need to sign out from your TV menu by following “Settings” > “System” > “Works with Alexa”. You can also sign in again from the same menu.

Now you can control your TV by voice. Below is a list of sample Amazon Alexa voice commands:

"Alexa, turn on Kitchen TV."
"Alexa, turn off Living Room TV."

"Alexa, change channel to 3 on TV."
"Alexa, change channel to <channel name> on TV."
"Alexa, channel up on TV."
"Alexa, channel down on TV."

"Alexa, turn the volume down on TV by 20."
“Alexa, mute TV.”
“Alexa, unmute TV.”

"Alexa, switch input to HDMI 1 on Kitchen TV."

"Alexa, play on TV."
"Alexa, pause on TV."
"Alexa, fast forward on TV."
"Alexa, rewind on TV."
"Alexa, stop on TV."
