Welby's Vital Signs is a Google action that will: 1) track the health metrics you specify, 2) generate plots of the data, 3) email you results when requested, and 4) allow you to share data with caregivers. By default, the action will track, store, and plot your four primary vital signs: body temperature, respiration rate, pulse, and blood pressure. If you want to change the metrics the action collects, you can simply email a new "script" that specifies what data to collect. Similarly, you can also change how the action plots results. Whenever you would like to see a copy of your health data, you can simply ask the action to send you a report, and it will email you a ".csv" file containing the data together with a plot that depicts the results graphically. You also have a means to assign "proxies" - typically caregivers - who are permitted to access your vital sign data so they can keep track of how you're doing.
