This version of workout tracker allows you to start a workout timer that will keep track of how long you work out. Simply "start a new workout" and go about your workout as usual. After you finish your workout just open the app again and "end workout." The tracker will calculate how long you were working out for.
The next version of the app will support pausing and resuming your workout. Additionally, you'll soon be able to track your sets during a workout as well. Please stay tuned for updates.
