Want to get information from Acumatica using your voice? Now you can with the Acumatica skill on Alexa. With the Acumatica skill, we’re making it easier than ever to check your Inventory Stock Status, Opportunities, Contacts, Cases and Approvals using your voice.
To get started, enable the skill, link your Acumatica account. For added security, you will need to create a 5-digit Authorization Code in Acumatica User Profile that Alexa will ask for whenever you open the skill.
Once you’ve enabled the skill, simply say “Alexa, open Acumatica.” From there, Alexa can help you getting information from Acumatica. Try saying the following commands:
When prompted for 5-digit Authorization Code, try (99999 is Authorization code setup in Acumatica)
• "my authorization code is 99999"

For Inventory Stock Status, try (Acer Laptop Computer is Stock Item description in Acumatica)
