Air Guru reports the air quality in your location with the air quality index and general air rating (good, moderate, unhealthy, etc.) using data from the Environmental Protection Agency (through www.airnow.gov).
You can ask Air Guru for the current air quality or for the air quality forecast for one of the next couple days. You can also simply tell Alexa to "open Air Guru," and the current air quality conditions with be given.
This skill requires a postal code to be able to lookup the air conditions in your area, and only works for locations in the US. For Air Guru to access your postal code, your echo must have a postal code assigned to it, and you'll need to give Air Guru permission to access your postal code through the Alexa app.
