Alexa will tell you the Prime, insurance, and retail price of your prescriptions so you can make the right decision for you. Once your order is placed, Amazon Pharmacy will deliver your refills on time, in discreet packaging
After an order has been placed, you can track your packages by asking "Alexa, where's my stuff" or by visiting Your Pharmacy Orders. If at any time you have questions, say, "Alexa, call Amazon Pharmacy". Our Customer Care experts can answer any questions from prescription status to billing. Our pharmacists are available 24/7 to answer questions about your medication (e.g. side effects, interactions, etc.).
