Getting Started
1- The first time you open this Skill in your Alexa app, you will be prompted to enter the username and password for the Google Analytics (GA) account associated with the web properties you want to link to.
2- Once enabled, wake the Skill up through your Echo for the first time by saying "Alexa, open Analytics Assistant". Alexa will give you some helpful hints right away to get you started.
3- The first time you wake Analytics Assistant up through your Echo, Alexa will tell you which account and web property she is defaulting to. Please note that Analytics Assistant will default to pulling data from whichever GA view you have set as your default view in GA.
Adding Accounts & Web Properties, and Switching Web Properties
If you add a new account or web property to your Analytics Assistant-linked GA account, you will need to disable the Skill in your Alexa app, and then sign back into your GA account. This will sync all new accounts and properties.
If you have multiple web properties within an account, you can say, "Switch web property." Keep cycling through your web properties until Alexa announces the desired web property. Keep in mind that Analytics Assistant will automatically use the default view for that web property. Your default view may be changed from your GA dashboard.
