The Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) test is freely distributed by Pfizer to help determine if a person is likely to have social anxiety disorder. This test is usually administrated through a written form. Use this test as a preliminary test to determine if you suffer from this disorder.
The test can help measure the severity of the disorder over the last two weeks. The scale uses a score system as shown below.
Not at all (0 points) Several days (1 point) More than half the days (2 points) Nearly every day (3 points)
