This is a parrot skill that pretty much just repeat what the user say if it is the first time it hears it. It will learn the response to what it says and will use that later if it hears the same phrase again.
This skill can also be helpful to those practicing speaking clearly. Using an Echo Show or Echo spot will also display the spoken words.
The conversation remains open until the user says cancel or stop.
