Residents can ask questions, submit problems, and listen to important messages from Front Office via Amazon Alexa. Residents use their own Amazon Echo Device or the Alexa App on their phone to link to Front Office at their Property.
Residents can ask questions anytime via Alexa and get accurate answers that are provided by the property managers Residents can submit service requests via Alexa to report problems with their unit or the property itself Residents can listen to messages via Alexa sent from the Property Manager using our web and mobile administration tool
Property Managers can configure Front Office for their property via the Front Office Admin, our web and mobile administration tool. Once signed up Property Managers can add Residents directly or distribute the Voice Sign Up Code to residents so they can sign themselves in using Amazon Alexa. Now Property Managers can answer questions, respond to service requests, and send resident messages via the Front Office Admin, our web and mobile administration tool.
