With our new Alexa skill, simply use your voice to pay your bill, check your due date, and more.
To receive general information about Audi Financial Services, such as contact information or end of lease procedures, you do not need to own an Audi or have an Audi Financial Services account. To manage your personal Audi Financial Services account and to perform tasks such as making a payment, checking your account balance, or hearing your interest paid, you will need to link your account. Once you set up the skill on your Alexa device, we will never ask for any additional personal information or payment method. The skill will only use the bank information you have saved in your myAudi account. Your information will not be shared with any parties outside Audi Financial Services.
To start: 1. Select ‘enable’ skill’ 2. You will be asked if you want to give the skill permission to create and edit reminders. Save your permissions 3. Click ‘settings’. 4. Click ‘link account’ 5. You will be redirected to the Audi Financial Services page, where we will ask for your VIN (you can find your VIN in your myAudi account or on the driver’s side door jamb or windshield of your vehicle), the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), and your date of birth (DOB)’ 6. For added security, we will ask you to create a four-digit PIN. Alexa will ask for this PIN every time you request account information from the skill.
Once you have enabled the skill, simply say “Alexa, open Audi Financial Services”. From there, try saying the following commands: • Did I pay my bill? • When is my next payment due? • How much is my next payment? • Make a payment • Pay towards my principal (loan customers only) • Cancel my pending payment • Schedule a reminder • How much interest have I paid? (loan customers only) • How much principal have I paid? (loan customers only) • What is my contract date? • What is my term? • How many payments have I made? • How many payments are remaining? • When is my final payment due? • When do I have to return my vehicle? (lease customers only) • Lease end procedures • Phone number • Mailing address • Help with my pin • Learn more about this skill
