Avondale Radio is a community radio station based in Strathaven South Lanarkshire Scotland. The aim of the station is to promote the local area via an eclectic mix of programming with local volunteer presenters from all walks of life covering everything from music, social issues within the community and further afield, chat shows, book and film reviews, religious services, a platform for local musicians to perform and many more. The aim is to have programming to suit a diverse range of people within the community whilst encouraging them to become involved with Avondale Radio.
