Founded in 1993 as a satellite affiliate of Major Networks, the station has evolved into a hot country/Americana hybrid, featuring a unique mix of music - all of today's top country stars, plus Americana artists new and old (everything from Townes Van Zant and Guy Clark to Chris Stapleton and Kacey Musgraves) plus old rock stars (music that so-called Classic Rock stations won't play, from Springsteen to Mellencamp, Lucinda Williams to Dwight Yoakam).
