If you feel that you can't get that motivation to workout, or at least to start, or even if you can, but still want to be challenged and try something new, then this skill is perfect for you.
You don't need any equipment to use it. All you need is your body and will, or competitiveness to be challenged.
Every day we can give you a random challenge depending on the level you choose.
When you finish the challenge, you just have to tell us, and we give you a score based on the level and consistency over the days.
Our challenges include various exercises: pushups, high jumps, squats, planks, abs, and others. Different variations of these, on higher difficulty levels, and different sets/reps variations.
