You can define your rules in rules engine, for ex., if temperature level below 20deg celcius means raise event, event could be email, voice, sms, push notification etc.,
We introduce the Boodskap IoT Platform skill which helpful for end users, without logging into the system they just configure the actions by linking named rule. Once user create their action, anywhere in the world they can communicate with Alexa to perform the actions.
