Clarence Carter taught himself to code several years ago and realized a major flaw in the way individuals are trying(but failing) to learn today. As a result he founded the The Carter Connection 365 podcast to help other beginner programmers.
What sets this learning process apart from others is Clarence goes into the career development side of tech. Recognizing that being in Tech today does not automatically but you into your company's IT department. Being in the IT department can be a boring dead-end route to go anyway. Looking into every other department you'll see that Tech folks like are now a requirement. In order for IT to get anything done that needs to be done their needs to be clear communication between the different departments. This is where you will come in. Almost acting as a translator between IT and your department. With this type of career and being able to code what would take IT a year to day in less than 30 days is where your value is near priceless.
